HealthEZ

Stop overpaying for healthcare.

The medical billing system is designed to confuse you. Doctors misbill. Insurance companies deny claims they should cover. And the whole system counts on you being too overwhelmed to do anything about it.

HealthEZ is an AI assistant that fights your medical bills for you. Upload your documents, and it does the rest — analyzing charges, finding errors, and writing the messages you need to send to get your money back.

Why this matters

Most people just pay whatever bill shows up. But research shows that the majority of people who challenge a medical bill get it reduced. The problem isn't that bills can't be fixed — it's that nobody has the time, knowledge, or energy to figure out what went wrong and what to do about it.

That's what HealthEZ does. You bring the documents. It does the thinking.

How it works

1

Share your situation

Tell the AI what's going on. The more context you give, the better it can help — things like what kind of visit or procedure this was, what state you're in, whether you have insurance, and anything you already know about the issue. Then upload whatever documents you have — your bill, insurance card, EOB (explanation of benefits), or anything else related. Don't worry if you're not sure what's relevant — the AI will ask for what it needs.

2

Let the AI investigate

It reads your documents, cross-references your insurance coverage, identifies billing errors or overcharges, and explains what it's finding in plain English — no medical billing jargon unless you want it.

3

Take action with zero guesswork

When there's money to save, the AI drafts the exact messages you need to send to your insurance company or doctor's office. You just review and hit send. It tells you who to contact, what to say, and what to expect next.

What to expect

You're one of our earliest testers, so here's what you should know.

Your job is to be the messenger.

We're building HealthEZ so that the AI handles all the analysis, strategy, and writing. Your role is to share your documents, answer questions when it asks, and send the messages it drafts. Sometimes it'll ask you to reach out to your insurance company or doctor's office to get additional information — things like specific claim details or plan documents that it needs to do its job properly. If you find yourself doing more thinking or research than that, tell us — it means we have something to fix.

It's smart, but not perfect.

The AI can occasionally make mistakes or assume you know more than you do. If it throws out a term you don't recognize, just ask it to explain more simply. If something looks wrong, tell it — it'll course correct.

Your feedback makes this better.

Every time you use HealthEZ, we learn what works and what doesn't. Don't hold back if something is confusing, annoying, or just doesn't feel right — there's a feedback button in the app you can use anytime. It's especially helpful if you can screenshot things like your insurance portal, messages from your provider, or anything else you're seeing outside of HealthEZ as you work through your billing issue. That context helps us understand the full picture of what you're dealing with, not just what happens inside the app.
